Shipping Policy
At Nothguoh Wines, we take great care in shipping our products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We offer free shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $250.00. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia. For orders outside of Australia please contact us via email and we will provide you with an individual quote and associated term and conditions that may vary from country to country including freight, customs and local tariffs that may apply to your region.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nothguoh Wines. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that they are carefully inspected before they are shipped out.
